Pictures: The Concrete

I didn't get any pictures of them working the concrete, but here we can see a couple of views of the finished product:


It's nearly sunset. I'm taking this picture looking back towards the house. You can see the big pile of dirt with the 24 by 40 foot concrete slab poured. Some of the cement blocks are in place.


This picture is taken from the driveway -- I'm standing at a point that would be to the far right in the photo above. Garage floors aren't made perfectly smooth, because that would be dangerous when they got wet.

So far, the neighbors haven't complained about how high the garage is going to be in relationship to their house. Conveniently, that's because they are older and left for Phoenix last week.
