Congress doesn't get it. Rep.William Jefferson accepted a bribe, and he got caught. That makes everything else pretty simple. The executive branch's job is to enforce the laws passed by Congress. Congress declared taking bribes as illegal. The raid on a bribe taker is completely in keeping with the role of the executive branch.
Unless, of course, Congress thinks it should be above the law. If so, I want a new Congress.
