The Republican Budget as reported by CNN...

Basically, the Republicans have their own budget to propose to congress. What I love is this -- now they're talking fiscal responsibility.

How is it they can spend like crazy when they control congress and the White House, but as soon as they don't call the shots, THEN they start talking about fiscal responsibility?

If they honestly believed in fiscal responsibility, they'd practice it all the time, not just when they're out of power.
