At the end of of June, 1996, I completed the empennage. The empannage consists of the horizontal stabalizer (sometimes called the "rear wings"), vertical stabalizer (or "fin"), rudder, and two elevator halves. Estimated time is about 300 hours. Okay, I'm slow.
